Uninstall

To uninstall OneNode, please follow the steps below. Before proceeding, we’d love to hear from you to ensure that your decision isn’t due to missing features or information. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to us at info@zimpleone.com

Since Pipedrive add-ons are user-specific, each user should uninstall the add-on individually.

1. Click on the Apps icon, next to your profile icon in the top-right corner of Pipedrive.
2. Select Manage apps, on the right bottom.
3. Click on OneNode app.
4. Select Uninstall.

Please note: After the uninstall of the last OneNode user in your company your documents and settings will be retained for 14 days. After this period all your data will be deleted automatically and permanently.

What happens to all the added documents after uninstalling OneNode?

Any Cloud documents added with a Link will be permanently lost.  All other files uploaded from users devices or added from Pipedrive files will remain as Pipedrive files.
