7. Cancel subscription

If you wish to cancel OneNode's subscription you can do so by following these instructions.

However, we want to ensure that your decision to unsubscribe is not due to any missing details or features.

Before proceeding, we kindly ask you to share any questions or feedback by reaching out to us at support@theoneclick.io.

1. On the Subscription tab, select Plan
2. Click on "Cancel subscription"

3. YouConfirm that you would like to go ahead.

 

4. Users will be promptedable to removecontinue all other users first. Since OneNode is free for single users, you can cancelusing the subscriptionapplication by first removing all other users.  Once done, you can proceed to canceluntil the subscriptionnext andbilling cycle. They will continue to usesee OneNodethe application until it's uninstalled.

5. Since single users are free, the admin user may stay as a single user.
