Adding documents
Stored in the cloud, pipedrive or the web
Here is how you can easily add documents to Pipedrive using OneNode, no matter if they are stored in the cloud or at a particular web link.
1. Initial Settings
If you are Not a Pipedrive Admin, the settings button will not be visible. But here's a brief example of what needs to be done by an Admin so that users can start adding documents
2. Click "Document Types"
Say your organization has different price lists, for example: standard or discounted; for partners and direct customers; or, in different currencies, or in different languages. So Price Lists are classified by category.
3. Click on "Fields"
Your Pipedrive admin has created a Document field Type called: "Price List Category" to distinguish Standard and Discounted Price List Documents
4. Switch to the Deal view
Let's go ahead and add a Price List. From the deal view, you can access OneNode directly on the left panel
5. Click "Add document"
Click on the "Add document" field
6. Click "Add from Pipedrive files"
You will see three options. 1) You can add a price list from your Pipedrive files
7. Complete the empty fields
and easily complete the details. Don't forget to click save.
8. Voila!
There you go! The document has been added!
9. Option 2. Click "Upload a new file"
Another way to add files is by Uploading them directly
10. Complete the fields
just let OneNode guide you to complete the document details and make sure you save the changes.
11. Option 3.
But there's more! The easiest way to add a document from your Cloud storage or any other SaaS is by adding a URL or web location.
12. Option 3. Copy and Paste the URL
Simply copy and paste the URL or web location of the document
13. Complete the details
and fill in the rest of the details
14. The document has been added!
Here we go! you've now added a document that you and other users can access easily
15. Locate the document
From now on, use OneNode's Browse and Search tool to find this document anytime. Enjoy adding documents seamlessly to Pipedrive with OneNode.
